A range of granulators having a special cutting geometry, particularly suitable for rubber rejects. All these CMG granulators use the unique tangential cutting system that, due to its geometry optimize energy consumption and granulator throughput, minimising heat & dust generation. Due to this unique cutting system, it's possible to obtain littel rubber granules up to 2-2,5mm size. In case a pulverizer is than required, this little size allows higher throughut and/or smaller pulverizer. Possibility to also supply line for rubber blocks, including guillotine, automatic feed conveyor, fine granulator with additive charger and suitable granule discharge system.
